Returns & Refund

At Get U Customized we try to ensure that all transactions are made easy. We take utmost care and follow high quality standards while delivering your product. However, if there are any question’s regarding the same, customer can connect with us via CHAT NOW option and we will get in touch with you on WhatsApp immediately. 

 

Return Policy: We do not accept return’s on product that are delivered in undamaged condition and have error free personalization. We always double check each & every product for any manufacturing defects & if the personalization matches with the items selected during order confirmation. 

 

However, if the product is wrongly delivered or has incorrect personalization or a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange of the same product.

 

Return Process:

    1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the date the product was delivered and applicable only for the following reasons:
    • Incorrect Product – If the product received is different from what was ordered during checkout.
    • Incorrect Personalization – If the personalization on the product is different from the details shared while placing the order.
    • Damaged Product. – If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product.
    1. For return’s or exchange, kindly provide us with 1-2 images of the product (damaged part & a full product photo) for us to verify the reason of return via email getucustomized@gmail.com and we will then get in touch with you within 2-3 business days regarding the eligibility of the return. If accepted, a reverse pick up will be arranged.

 

    1. Once the returned product reaches to us, we will verify the product and re-dispatch a new product in 2 days or process a full refund as per agreed terms. (Note – Refunds will be processed within 5 to 6 working days)

 

  1. Please ensure the product must be returned in the original packaging along with the shipping label (pasted on the courier cover), invoice copy, tags, scratch cards etc. Product should be in the same condition as received. If not, it will not be eligible for a Return Policy

Courier Delay’s:

We will not be responsible for any courier delay if it occurs due to un-avoidable circumstances in your City. For the same, no refund or return can be claimed. However we will work with courier partners to ensure the courier is delivered to you ASAP.

 

Color Disclaimer:

All pictures of the products shown on our website are for illustration purpose only. Every product image has its true color captured. The product color visible to a buyer may vary due to different settings in desktop or monitor or laptop or mobile or an electronic device which is used by a user. We cannot assure that what color is been visible to a user, with which device display, for example an iOS user will see a Light green and Same product if seen by an Android user can be a brighter and more saturated green color.
